This June at Foxy Bingo, as part of our 3rd Birthday celebrations, we're asking you to help us find the Foxy Bingo Mum or Dad of the Year. As well as taking this prestigious title, the winner will also get a week's family holiday at Center Parcs.

Here's how it works. We want you to nominate the roomie who you think is most deserving of this title, and tell us why. It could be your Mum, your Dad, your wife or your husband, your daughter, or son, or just a fellow roomie, or even a chat host. And it can be for any reason - do they provide the best Dad's Taxi Service in town, or make such a brilliant packed lunch that your kids are the envy of their entire school? Maybe your Mum was a fabulous help when you had your own little ones, or your Dad turned your first home into a palace with his brilliant DIY skills. You could even tell how proud your own son or daughter makes you in caring for your grandchildren, or how well you think your best friend has adapted to parenthood.

Whatever the reason, just use the form below to make your nomination. Foxy HQ will then pick our favourite three and ask you to vote on who you think should take the title. The winner will get a family holiday at Center Parcs, and the two runners up will each receive a family meal at a restaurant up to the value of £250.

Terms and Conditions

• Nominations must be received by midnight on Thursday 12th June
• Three entries will be selected by Foxy Bingo and put to players vote on Foxy Bingo between 16th - 24th June
• Nominations selected for the short list will be contacted before Friday 13th June. They must provide a recent photograph to Foxy Bingo for inclusion on the voting page on the site. Both nominator and nominee must be available for interview on Foxy Radio either Tues 17th or Thurs 19th June.
• The winner will be the nomination with the highest number of votes
• Winner will be announced on Thurs 26th June
• The winning prize is for family weekend at Centre Parks up to value of £1,500 subject to availability. Both runners up will receive a family meal at a restaurant up to a value of £250.
• There is no cash alternative to these prizes
• We reserve the right to remove or ammend this offer at any time
• In case of any disputes Foxy Bingo decision is final
